Our popular club team match ran on Sunday 9th April 2023 to coincide with the final day of the US Masters. Shotgun start at 12 noon. We had 10 teams of 10 players. Each team placed 4 pairs of players in doubles better ball Stableford points format on the big course. Each team also had 2 players playing, twice round, for singles stableford points on the wee course. Players had a hot roll and tea/coffee from 11am onwards and left the clubhouse in good time to get to their starting tee on the big course for the 12 noon shotgun start.

 

Scores were recorded on both courses using the golf app. After your round we had a meal of either a chicken curry with rice/chips or Pie Beans & Chips. Once the scores were all in, Billy Dixon gave us all a great laugh when he hosted the prizegiving, taking no prisoners. Members then stayed to watch the final round of the US Masters on the big screen.
